The good: The LG Thrill 4G offers a glasses-free 3D display and comes preloaded with 3D content, as well as stereoscopic cameras for capturing 3D photo and video. The Android smartphone features a dual-core processor and an HDMI port.
LG’s mobile division loses money but shows hope

LG posted a decent second quarter with a net profit of $99.6 million but the company’s mobile division continues to lose money. There are many signs of hope for the its mobile division, though.
LG Thrill 4G for AT&T priced at a very affordable $99 on two-year contract

While it’s not as cheap as we previously thought, it looks like the US version of the LG Optimus 3D, the Thrill 4G, will land on AT&T
shelves for only $99 on a new two-year contract. This almost doesn’t need to be said but we can imagine that a dual-core toting, glasses-free 3D display-rocking handset for $99 should sell like hotcakes.

Looks like the Thrill 4G may be coming sooner than we thought. Starting today, Radio Shack will begin to take pre-orders for the hot new glasses-free 3D phone for AT&T
and it may launch on August 7th.
