You will be charged a one-off fee by Telstra when you request to purchase an item of BigPond Mobile Services content. Standard carriage charges will also apply when browsing the mobile site and downloading content. Some BigPond Mobile Services require additional data downloads or uploads, and you will be informed when this occurs and charged standard carriage charges. After purchase, a link will be provided which allows you to download the content to your handset. You have up to 5 days and 10 attempts to download the content to the same handset. Your phone must be on and working, and you must be in a coverage area within Australia to download the content. You must pay for each request to purchase content, even if the content is not successfully downloaded by you within the 5 day period. Your carrier may apply monthly default spend limits for the purchase of BigPond Mobile Services content. Telstra will notify you by SMS each time you incur $30 in charges within a month by using a particular short code. You may only use BigPond Mobile Services content on the mobile handset used to purchase the content for your own personal use, and may not reproduce, distribute or transfer the content.
