Leak: Next Nexus phone doesn’t have your typical Android buttons
For the purists out there who want to experience Google’s Android operating system
the way Google intended it to be, there’s only been one option out there on the market, and that’s the Nexus. The first Nexus, aptly called the Nexus One, was made by HTC, came with Android 2.1 when it shipped in January 2010, and featured a controversial AMOLED display that used PenTile technology which didn’t always accurately represent colors.

HTC has been plodding along with their Windows Phone handsets since launch last fall, most recently with the Trophy, but it looks like their first Mango handset will be kicking things up a notch. One lucky reviewer got their mitts on something called the HTC Mazaa, which packs Windows Phone 7.1 and a 12 megapixel camera that can shoot in RAW format.
Google pulls gaming emulators from Android Market
Over the weekend, Google has pulled a batch of popular video game emulators from the Android Market, including N64oid, and all other -oid apps made by the same developer. The apps would allow you to play games for the original Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, Atari, Game Boy, and others.

The handset maker which we usually know for their low-end products (with few exceptions), may bring the same philosophy to this space, as well. A company called Arnova wants a piece of the tablet market. To that end they will be launching two affordable products in the UK and across Europe – Arnova 7 and Arnova 84. Both devices are said to be designed by the team at ARCHOS, which was one of the first companies to enter the Android tablet market.
